The Powerball is a lottery game that’s been played in the United States since January 23, 2002.
The 파워볼 필승법 is divided into five simple draws.
Each game uses five white balls numbered 1 through 69, plus one red ball numbered 1 through 25.
A player’s chance of hitting the jackpot is 1 in 292.2 million.
Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday night.
The most recent jackpot was won on Saturday, January 13, 2018, when a single ticket sold in New York City won the estimated $435 million jackpot.
The next Powerball drawing will be on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at 10:59 p.m. EST.
To win the jackpot, a player must match all five white balls in the drawing, but not the red Powerball number.
The Powerball drawing system can also be played in 44 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Here’s a look at how the drawing works and some other games that match five numbers.
How does the Powerball draw work?
In the Powerball drawing, five white balls are drawn from a drum. Those balls are numbered 1 through 69.
The Powerball number is determined by adding the white ball numbers together and the red Powerball number.
The red Powerball number is determined by adding the white ball numbers together and the yellow Powerball number.
If one of the white balls is drawn as a Powerball number, that player wins the jackpot. If three of the white balls are drawn as Powerball numbers, the player wins $50,000 for matching three balls.
If two of the white balls are drawn as Powerball numbers, the player wins $200 for matching two balls.
If the red Powerball number is drawn, the player wins $500 for matching four balls.
